1. Replacement Parts & Components
We do not sell or ship replacement parts directly to customers under any circumstance.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Pickguards
• Pickups
• Preamp units
• Potentiometers
• Switches
• Tuners
• Bridges and saddles
• Necks
• Electronics
• Control plates
• Knobs
• Hardware
All replacement part requests must be handled exclusively through the dealer where the instrument was originally purchased.
Replacement parts supplied by authorized dealers are strictly for repair purposes only. Individual parts for upgrades, modifications, retrofits, custom builds, aesthetic changes, or specification conversions are strictly not provided.
If your instrument was purchased from an authorized dealer, contact that dealer directly with your serial number and proof of purchase. Requests submitted directly to Sire by end users will not be processed.
2. Warranty
All warranty matters must be handled through the dealer where the instrument was purchased.
If you experience an issue:
• Contact your dealer directly
• Provide your serial number
• Provide proof of purchase
• Describe the issue clearly
Warranty claims sent directly to Sire by end users will not be processed.
If there is no authorized dealer in your country, you must still contact the original selling dealer.
3. Purchasing from Sire
Sire instruments are primarily available through our authorized dealer and distribution network worldwide.
In select cases, limited inventory may be offered for direct purchase through our official USA website. Online availability is restricted and subject to stock. Purchases through our website are available to customers located within the United States only.
Our authorized dealers remain the primary source for product selection, availability, and regional support.
For customers outside the United States, all purchases must be made through authorized dealers or official distribution partners in your region. We do not offer direct international sales.
Dealer inventory and pricing may vary by region.
4. Custom Builds & Special Configurations
Sire does not offer:
• Custom builds
• Special finishes on request
• Alternate neck swaps
• Specification modifications
• Factory custom combinations
We produce only the models and configurations listed on our official website and dealer catalogs.
5. Artist Endorsements
We do not actively seek endorsements.

When requesting documentation, please include:

• Serial number

7. Availability by Country
Product availability depends on regional distribution and dealer allocation.
If a model is not available in your country:
